Begin your morning with gourmet coffee around the fire while our Executive Chef, Sean Finley,  prepares a breakfast that will set the bar for your experience.  Our lunches not only fuel your afternoon hunt, but also your anticipation of the dinner to come.  

Seafood, poultry, pastas, wild game and, of course, some of the finest beef from right here in the heart of cattle country comprise our main entrées.  All dinners are accompanied with sides and salads designed to perfectly complement the evening's main course, and are paired with wines from our personal cellar.  Finish your meal with a dessert that would have a Viennese confectioner ask for another helping.​
